Volunteers Required

Because of the increase number in events and many waiting events, we have a resources problem  

We are looking for volunteers to be members in the organization committee of Egjug events. The expected tasks which the volunteers will do:-

1. Reserve the suitable meeting place whatever the place (FCI-CU, FCI-ASU, Azhar Park, Sakia, City Stars...)
2. Setup meeting place
3. Print sessions related documents.
4. Print Registration and Evaluation form, collect forms and make reports.
5. Prepare Food & Beverages.
6. Design Posters.
7. Print Posters.
8. Promote the event through companies, Websites, blogs, yahoo groups and universities.
9. Communicate with speakers.
10. ...

• The volunteer must be free on Saturday and can do some jobs during the week depending on the task.
• Regular access to internet and read email carefully.
• Available for online meetings.
• High commitment
