While speaking with one of IT managers, he mentioned something about : OMA.. He said that the world is moving towrds this new technology. So what is OMA? Stands for : Open Mobile Alliance. Its target is to facilitate global user adoption of mobile data services by specifying market driven mobile service enablers that ensure service interoperability across devices, geographies, service providers, operators, and networks, while allowing businesses to compete through innovation and differentiation. So do anyone know more about this technology? Does any company entered this field in Egypt? For more information: http://www.infoworld.com/articles/hn/xml/02/11/19/021119hnoma.html

First, thank you for the article. It was really useful. I am not aware if there are big companies in Egypt in the mobility field , but I believe that the adoption of OMA standards by the big players will encourage companies to use the new specs. I googled quickly and found that Vodafone will be adopting DRM services based on the OMA specs [http://www.vodafone.com/article_with_thumbnail/0,3038,CATEGORY_ID%253D210%2526LANGUAGE_ID%253D0%2526CONTENT_ID%253D273401,00.html]
