• Senior Java Web Developers
• Junior Java Web Developers
Qualifications of successful candidate: The successful candidate will understand how to create and apply Java based technological innovations to develop complete, web-based, ERP modules for one of the best open source ERP systems.
The successful candidate will be required to help in the development of innovative solutions using a variety of cutting edge technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java, JSP, Servlets, XML, AJAX, DHTML, JavaScript, Dojo, Hibernate, Java Web Services, Jasper Reports, SQL, and PL/SQL

Minimum Position Requirements:
• College degree in Computer Science or related field
• Applicants for senior position should have at least 3 years practical experience using Java and databases to develop web sites and applications.

Ideal Candidate will possess the following:
• Ability to work with limited supervision in a team environment.
• Applicants for senior position should have ability to train more junior developers and assign work to them.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Possessing experience with any of the following software is a plus:
Apache Tomcat, SVN, Oracle, MySQL, .NET, PHP, Flash and Linux/Unix
