Junior Developers needed for a starting IT company

A new starting IT company is looking for Junior developers "fresh graduates are welcomed to apply" with the following qualifications:

1- Moderate knowledge of Java, especially JEE "JSPs, Servlets, JDBC, and Web services".

2- XML.
3- Knowledge of Flash CS3 or/and ActionScript 3.0 is considered an advantage.

4- Web technologies: (x)HTML, JavaScript, CSS.

5- Knowledge of developing Rich Internet Applications is considered a great plus.
