Session Abstract: What is Java Platforms

The objective from this session is to explain some concepts

and facts behind the Java Platforms and Java Programming language, we need the

students to be more familiar with Java, know the features and API’s available,

tools and supported platforms. Also clarifying some points which may not be

clear for students like the cross-platform, Virtual Machine, SDK, Runtime, Byte

code, JSR and JCP. In addition to that; I will talk about the difference between

J2SE, J2EE & J2ME and the usage of each of them.

Session Abstract:Open Source is one of the famous abbreviations
being used by computer users and software developers as well. In this session I
will tell you all what you want to know about Open Source Software. How to know
that specific application is Open Source? What are the different types of
license? How to understand the license? How to select an Open Source
