Java Programmers wanted

We are a new online start-up company and are looking for bright graduates and experienced programmers/testers that are keen to be part of an up and coming business.

Successful candidates will get invaluable experience in the whole project lifecycle with all-round experience. Including designing, programming, testing, and deployment, as well as setting up deployment infrastructure and code management.

Potential candidate will require:

• Three years of Object Oriented (OO) programming experience.
• BSc in Computer Science or related degree
• Must have experience in the following languages/environments:
• Java (J2EE including Servlets) and sound understanding of OO programming
• MySQL and Database design
• Experience in the software development lifecycle from design and development through
  to unit-testing, system testing and deployment
• Will be a definite plus if have experience in:
• Google Web Toolkit (GWT)
• Hibernate, Spring and other Java Libraries
• CSS Style sheets
• Eclipse
• ANT build files
• Project planning and tracking tools (e.g. XPlanner)
• Managing a Linux Server
• Apache & Apache Tomcat configuration
• The following soft-skills are also compulsory:
• Fluency in English
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Ability to work at own initiative
• Good attention to detail
• Fast learner
• Experience in the following would also be of use (but not required)
• Security testing
• Performance testing
