We intend on setting up an R&D and technical support centre in Cairo and are

looking for enthusiastic and professional software engineers to join our team.

Experience in the telecommunications sector will be required for senior

engineers, but all engineers will receive training in our products and

methodologies in Dublin.

Successful candidates will gain experience from web-based, user-focused

applications to complex low-level telecommunications development. We

specialise in mobile messaging (SMS, MMS, email), but also have a

significant interest in voice and VoIP technologies.

Senior Developer for Telecommunications Applications

Cellusys is looking for a bright, motivated senior developer for innovative

mobile applications. Candidates must be able to develop easy-to-use

applications for complex business tasks while keeping up with the state of the

art in mobile technologies. This role will involve leading development on

Cellusys products, rapid prototyping and innovative value added service

creation for mobile network operators.

Requirements:

* Five years of commercial software development experience, preferably in

the telecommunications sector.

* BSc in Computer Science or related degree.

* Excellent communications skills (internal and customer-facing) and

mentoring experience.

* Experience with full product lifecycle, from inception to post-deployment

support.

* Proficient in the following languages/environments:

• C and C++ on Unix/Linux

• Java/JEE, including JSP/Servlets, EJB, JMS

• Spring, Hibernate and other Java libraries

• Eclipse

• Maven build tool

* Familiarity with standard professional software development processes

including source code control, unit testing, and code reviews.

Additionally, ideal candidates will have experience with the following

telecommunications technologies:

• SMS

• MMS

• SS7 protocols from ISUP to MAP

• Voice over IP technologies

Previous experience in the telecommunications industry an advantage.

Junior Developer

Cellusys is looking for an ambitious, technically excellent junior developer for

innovative mobile applications. Working with a team, you will be mentored and

trained in Cellusys methods, products and the complex workings of

telecommunications software. This role will involve a substantial amount of

training and learning.

Requirements:

* Two years of commercial software development experience
