need help to add plugin to Eclipse

can anyone help me to add plugin to Eclipse:
actually i has the plugin "sqlexploral.zip" file & then i extract it to c:\eclipse
but,from eclipse, when i open windows->open prespective->other->(here i didn't found sqlexploral)
please try to send reply ASAP.

Check the compatability between the plugin and eclipse version..
