I noticed the following 2 points :
- EgJUG Web site needs a professional new design and content organization to compete with other international JUG's - same apply for JDC Web site
- It has been a long time since any technical sessions had been held

About the website, if you know any other cool Drupal theme, refer to it. If you know someone who can make better design, let's manage and do it. We need a good design for the JDC site, so if you know a good designer, contact me. By the way, there is no competition between JUG's .. there is a co-operation. we have to compete with our selves to make a better community, we have to compete with the -ve attitude.
Regarding the technical session, our last meeting, we had about 30 attendees although more than 100 registered!! The speaker "Jonas Boner" came from Sweden to our JUG and we had only 30 attendees. I think this is disappointing. Also no body volunteer to make sessions.

The same answer again...

This Design issue was raised many times before...and we always have the same answer: "do you know a good Drupal theme"
why we don't buy one instead of searching for a free theme...there are many sites that do Professional Drupal themes, we can collect some money from us - I will participate - and buy one.
