Meeting Process Definition

Well, In order to have a unified process for all events we are making, I will define the process which should be executed to make any event regardless of any thing. Whatever this event, meeting, seminar, webinar or conference. 

This process should be implemented every time by any group with the supervision of Egjug Administration.
