Start Coding
I'm not kidding really start coding this is the fastest way and best way that will make you learn Jme or anything else fast and good
I did this as I never used Jme before so I search about application that do similar things that I want to do then start playing with this application add functionality remove functionality
and by time I think I became good in Jme.
May be later I bring a detailed book for detailed information.
