Assalamu alikom,
is there any way to create interactive icons in a midlet display?
i mean: create icons - displayed like screen commands - each performing an action.
i know that an IMPLICIT list - having a ref to Image array in the constuctor - can perform what i'm seeking, but i do need icons to be displayed both vertically or horizontally, unlike list items..
Any help'd be appreciated..

i think you may use custom item which is the best approach and there is another solution you may use which is J2ME polish
