 JAVA Education & Technology Services (JETS) is organizing its first-in-a-series Seminar on the 22nd of May 2007 at Marriott Hotel, Cairo.
Within its objective to provide technology programs in different applications that integrate business knowledge with JAVA technology, JETS' first-in-a-series Seminar comes under the title "Open Source … The Trend for the Future".
The Seminar Speaker "Sang Shin" presently works for Sun Microsystems as a technology architect, consultant, and evangelist.
Sang Shin has been with Sun Microsystems for many years working in various research and engineering projects mostly in data communication, networking, internet, and Java related areas.

The seminar will start with an open discussion on the usability and applications of open source technology in both public and private organizations and institutions.

Session Onewill cover the impact of open source based java technologies to the business communities and the strategies of evaluating and updating the open source technologies.
Session Twowill present and track the roadmap for implementing a business process from back tier to front tier. With an overview on the Java EE Technologies, the session will provide a clear understanding of Java Technologies for web services, as well as,
hands-on training in implementing SOA using BPEL.

The Launching day will be followed by a two-day training course on various JEE Topics (Including JSF, AJAX, EJB3 and BPEL).

Note: Registration for the one-day Seminar and Workshop on 22nd of May is for free.
Registration fee for the two-day training course is 500 L.E.
